I had the pleasure of being a part of a family adventure in South Korea this past summer. Our group consisted of my parents, my two sisters, and our husbands. We were all excited to explore the country and its culture.
We started out by taking a two-day train ride from Seoul to Incheon, where we transferred to a bus for the final leg of our journey. Our first stop was in Gyeongju, a historical city located in the center of the country. Our tour guide there was amazing and showed us around some of the most important historical sites.
Next, we traveled to Seoraksan National Park, one of the most popular national parks in South Korea. We had to hike up a mountain for about an hour to get to the park, but the view at the top was well worth it. After spending a few hours at the park, we headed to the beach to cool off.
Finally, we made our way to Busan, South Korea’s largest city. Our tour guide there showed us around some of the most popular tourist spots, such as the seafood market and the fish market. We also stopped by the ocean for a quick swim.
Overall, our trip was a great experience. The scenery, the food, and the people were all amazing. I would definitely recommend a trip to South Korea if you have the opportunity.
